Special Expertise

I have always been passionate about personal development and mindfulness, which led me to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience in 2013, focusing on the effects of mindfulness on the brain, as well as completing several courses in psychology. I worked as a career coach for nine years, acquiring various coaching certifications from established institutions. I also bring extensive experience in group leadership and in utilizing nature as an integral part of personal development.

Peace of Mind

Your safety is my priority. I am a certified nature guide through Naturturismföretagen and hold a Wilderness First Aid (WFA) certification from NOLS. With many years of experience in forests and mountains, I am also a trained CPR instructor.

About Me

My journey into adventure began early, shaped by childhood experiences with Mulle, Strövarna, and the Scouts, as well as family trips to Grövelsjön. After completing my military service, I embarked on a series of solo adventures, including a trip to the Grand Canyon where I participated in trail restoration projects. It was during these moments that my love for adventure began to take root. Alongside this, I nurtured a deep interest in philosophy and spirituality.

In 2013, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Neuroscience with a focus on mindfulness and its effects on the brain, I started to dream of creating a business that would blend mindfulness and nature. At the time, I didn’t feel ready to take the leap, so I focused on organizing study circles while satisfying my creative and entrepreneurial spirit through involvement in local community associations. My work as a coach also allowed me to develop methods for nature-assisted rehabilitation. Eventually, I moved to Särna, surrounded by adventure with Fulufjället and Vedungsfjället as my neighbors.

My dream of working with nature as a meeting place for deeper connections—with oneself and the environment—continued to grow. I believe that what we truly know, we also care for. My vision is to help create opportunities for meaningful experiences in nature and with others. I aim to inspire a sense of belonging to something greater, where you can find peace and strength—a contrast to the dense and stressful lives many of us lead. Hopefully, these experiences will also motivate you to join the collective movement striving for positive change. Together, through small, deliberate actions, we can help shape a better world.

Sustainability

Through nature guiding, fostering a deeper understanding of the forest and all its inhabitants.

Cooking over an open fire, primarily using local and vegetarian ingredients, preferably organic.

A local connection where purchases and collaborations with other businesses benefit the local economy.

Providing minibus pick-up from train stations or bus stops when you choose to travel by public transport.

Offering outdoor equipment rentals for our introductory experiences.

Through collaboration with other nature tourism businesses, I show that you don’t need to fly far to experience something truly unique and amazing.

The most important thing is encouraging deeper connections with nature, which can inspire care and action to protect it.

This is how I prioritize sustainability: Taking care of ourselves is equally important. With so much bad news, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and think individual actions don’t matter. That’s why I encourage breaks from screens, news, and distractions. I offer screen-free tours and digital detox activities to support this.
